Ingrediants:
Garlic, ginger, green chilli, pudina leaves ; make a paste
Tomato – 200gm- pureed
Vegetables- Capsicum, carrot, peas, cauliflower, Beans, Paneer (par boiled)
Rice – boiled.
Heat oil in pan, add paste. Add vegetable. Add tomato puree. Cook for 10 min. Add salt, pepper, garam masala. Mix well. Add rice and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with Raita and onion rings
