Ingredients:
Rice - 2 cups (Boiled and cooled) (Basmati prefered)
Peas: 1/2 cup - Boiled
Cashewnuts - 1/4 cup - cut in small pieces
Raisins: 2 spoonful
Kewra essence - 1 tsp
Rose water - 2 tsp
Garam masala
Salt
Pepper
Ghee
Procedure:
Pour ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds (1tsp), roast for 10 sec. Add cashew and peas and cook for 1 min, add raisins. Add the kewra essence, rose water, salt, garam masala, pepper and Boiled rice.
Mix properly and serve hot with Aloo Dum.
